Note: Doba requires you to have a card on file. If you wish to delete an old card, you must add a new one before doing so.
To update your card information, either adding a new card or deleting an existing one, first you’ll log in to your Doba account: https://legacy.doba.com
Once logged in, you’ll go to the top right corner and click on the option that says “My Account”.
You’ll be taken to your account information. In the section “Membership and Billing” You’ll click on the link on the right hand side “Update Payment Info”
Once there, you will have the option to edit the current one on file, add a new one and remove the old one. Next to the title “Payment Methods” is where you can click to add new card information.
Once you’ve finished editing the payments, you can even select what they’re primary use is. You can have one card strictly for product orders or for membership billing if you have multiple on file, if not you can set both options to just one card.
** Make sure to click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the box of payment methods when you are done.
