How do I cancel an order?
Once an order has been placed it cannot be changed. However, you can request an order cancellation through your Doba account. Once you are in the said order you are wanting to cancel click the “Request Cancellation.” Once you hit that button an automated email will be sent to the supplier.

Please note - Requesting the cancellation of this order does not guarantee cancellation.
If a supplier is able to cancel the order they will notify Doba and then we will cancel the order in the account.
If the order was paid for using PrePay, PayPal or Wire it will be refunded.
If the order was funded by a Credit Card. The credit authorization will fall off, meaning nothing will be taken out of your account.
